office chair workout
What is this pain I'm experiencing in my leg?

Here's the story: I was sitting in my desk chair in the office getting ready to leave. It was a long few (or weeks?) Work. Anyway, I stood at the end of another day, and my outer thigh (left leg) pain hurt end. It was like nothing I've never experienced before. He left almost as soon as she appeared, so I still have not think much of it beyond that point. From By then, however, (note, this was only yesterday) the pain becomes no (apparent) reason. Im a man, relatively young, with a diet that probably could be a little better. Im definitely (sp?) Is not a health freak anyway by the media, but I am not a couch potato (i everymorning jogging and sometimes during the day if I the opportunity. Im not very active, but my workouts in.) 6'3''y Im 200 pounds. It's almost as if the pain is as deep as the bone, but it is difficult to tell. When I rub the area (outer thigh, left leg), his feeling very sore. Thank you very much, any help would be appreciated!

Hmm ... my first thought is that could have pulled a muscle. It could be a deep muscle that is not used much, but when you do, it sends a sharp pain in leg. I just want to take it easy and stretch at least once a day. Ice could also help. Good luck, hope you feel better.
