Relief too big for a chair in my office?

I have an executive type chair in my office that I use ... but it is too large, ie too far from the chair backsupport (especially security), so I'm not able to rest comfortably in the chair, even with a lumbar support I've attached mesh a. So my back is not supported by the chair since you can not lean back and forced me to sit up straight in his seat.
