Is it okay to use a fitness / exercise Swiss ball as an office chair during pregnancy?

Any ideas? Has anyone tried? Doctor has recommended it to anyone or discouraged?

I use one all the time. It is very comfortable and fits your body instead of sit in a rigid chair. In my childbirth class suggested sitting on one during pregnancy, and taken to hospital for delivery. Just make sure it's a decent quality and began to test, so if you roll over something sharp that will not explode or anything.
